We are looking for a HRIS Coordinator for a ~12-week temporary assignment. This position will be based out of our Restaurant Support Center in Downers Grove, IL, where we have a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in-office).  
  
RESPONSIBILITIES    
  • Team Member Cards
    • Create and send new Team Member card report and termed Team Member card report to Member & Guest Services.
    • Track silver and bronze card numbers and associated Team Members.
    • Deactivate silver cards when RSC and Operations Managers terminate.
    
  • Administration and Reporting
    • Assist with Smartsheet administration including kicking off individual Smartsheets for Operations Managers and Restaurant Support Center.
    • Headcount and Turnover Reporting
      • Weekly run and send hourly turnover report to Finance.
      • Monthly run Operations Management termination and headcount reports.
      • Add RSC terminations and headcount to tracker.
    • Process safety shoe deduction invoices and ensure deductions are updated on Team Member Paylocity record.
    • Bi-weekly, review hourly vacation eligibility and update balances on Team Member record in Paylocity.
    • Track rehires and update Team Member record to reflect seniority date.
    
Requirements:    
  • Must represent Cooper’s Hawk values.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional Human Resources administration experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with proven organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and change gears easily in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • General understanding of HR laws as it relates to compliance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Prior experience with HR Information Systems a plus.
  • Restaurant or retail industry experience a plus.
