As the Director of Restaurant Marketing at Cooper’s Hawk, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across our restaurant locations. This pivotal role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts, from new restaurant openings to ongoing local marketing initiatives. You will leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies, enhance guest experiences, and support business objectives. 
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the development and execution of high-level marketing strategies that align with Cooper’s Hawk’s brand values and business goals. Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, content, and initiatives across all restaurant locations.
  • Seek and cultivate new partnerships and alliances to enhance brand visibility, relevance, and revenue. Manage relationships with key partners and vendors to drive local and regional marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute both long-term and short-term communication strategies and media relations plans. Guide and support the marketing planning process across all restaurant locations.
  • Oversee and mentor the marketing team, focusing on development and professional growth. Ensure the team is aligned with the overall brand strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Utilize internal and external data, research, and analytics to identify opportunities for growth, enhance brand relevancy, and engage guests.
  • Design and implement location-based marketing programs and initiatives on an annual basis, including on-site campaigns, events, community outreach, and loyalty programs. Develop and oversee strategic partnerships and promotional opportunities.
  • Lead marketing and branding efforts for new restaurant openings, ensuring successful integration with local communities and driving initial traffic and revenue.
  • Work closely with Operations, Field Support, Training, IT, and Finance teams to create and implement effective marketing programs and activations. Foster strong relationships with restaurant operators to support marketing initiatives. 
 
What You’ll Need: 
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Creative thinking with a strategic approach to problem-solving and marketing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing opportunities.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for driving brand success and guest satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
